1. How long are shipping times?

Our products are shipped through a non contact collection and delivery service, and each product at Lesley Love Home has an estimated delivery time that we aim to provide within each product description. 

We are currently shipping items in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines and therefore shipping times may be a little longer than typical.

 

2. What's your return policy?

You can contact us for a full refund within 14 days. Tell us what went wrong, send along a pic if you receive a damaged item, and we’ll give you your money back in full if approved.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. There may be a restocking fee applied to cancellations.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund if acceptable. 

 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do offer exchanges. Please notify us and we will offer an exchange once the original item is returned to us.
